Chef Xavier Pellicer, known from Abac and Can Fabes, build this beautiful restaurant where you are part of the kitchen and the kitchen is part of the restaurant. A coming and going of delicious plates to share brought in by the chefs working just next to you, makes a very intimate atmosphere. It is all about natural ingredients, ecological and organic in mainly Vegan and Vegetarian varieties of dishes and wines. Xavier applies in its gastronomy 20% protein and 80% Vegen/Vegetarian and this makes a huge difference in digestion. Very recommendable for a special night out.
